On a daily basis, Laura communicates with various clients, provides progress reports and updates on client requests to ensure a smooth and efficient process. Laura works closely with both clients and advisers to maintain accounts and deliver the best service outcomes, ensuring client satisfaction is always a priority.
Out of office hours
Away from the office, Laura enjoys camping in different parts of the UK, knitting and crochet.
