Apprenticeships at Apogee

Over the years, we’ve welcomed numerous apprentices into our team who have successfully completed their apprenticeship programmes and advanced into diverse roles within our firm. It’s an excellent opportunity to enter the world of financial services and launch your career with us.

The apprenticeship scheme we offer is the Business Administrator Level 3 Apprenticeship Qualification. This is an 18-month course with three months for End-Point-Assessment, meaning a total of 21 months. The apprenticeship is all workplace delivery dependent on you already securing your Maths and English GCS C+/4+. If you don’t have your Maths and English GCSE, you can work towards your Functional Skills alongside the apprenticeship.

Please get in touch with us if you would like more information.

Hear from one of our apprentices

“Since starting at Apogee Wealth Management more than five years ago, I’m delighted with how I’ve developed both personally and professionally, while continuing my journey towards being a Chartered Financial Planner.”

William Kelly, Financial Adviser

After completing his A-Levels, William joined the team as a business support apprentice. We were keen to progress him through his professional exams, enrolling him in the CII for his Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning while he completed his apprenticeship.

Once William had completed his apprenticeship, he looked after one of our directors and started to transition towards becoming a paraplanner, giving him more scope to research and produce recommendations for clients. He completed various training sessions, both internally and externally.

Once his Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning was achieved, he moved to the paraplanning team full-time. Within this role, he also became a member of our investment committee.

Subsequently, William was offered a chance to work within our advisory team and he now builds long-term relationships with our clients, helping them to build their financial plans for the future.
