AUTO ENROLMENT MADE EASY :

A basic instructional style service designed for employers who feel their needs are simple and they are prepared to invest their own time in the project. They want to keep costs to a minimum but need some initial guidance, instruction and signposting to further help. This service will not cover the wider issues but will focus directly on the core principles and how they are likely to affect you. We provide guidance on: what you need to do; when you need to do it by; how to do it; where to get more help if needed; and the type of scheme and pension provider best suited to your needs.

– Suitable for less complex cases only – e.g. single payroll; no existing scheme needing review.
– The service is telephone and e-mail based.
– A pre-discussion questionnaire. Employee data must be submitted in advance in the required format.
– The single assessment, guidance and instruction session will last approximately 1 hour.
– A step by step action plan provided to take you up to your staging date.
– Guidance on selecting a suitable provider will be provided.

AUTO ENROLMENT MADE EASY PLUS :

Designed for employers who prefer to work on a face to face basis and would like more than the minimum support. With a little more time afforded, this service will cover the core principles and explore some of the wider issues that might affect you. Each step will be touched on with time invested in those areas that are likely to be key.

– Suitable for less complex situations but where additional guidance is welcome and needed.
– Face to face. Meetings arranged with local employers on site, at Apogee’s or accountant’s premises.
– Pre-meeting questionnaire. Employee data must be submitted in advance in the required format.
– Personal step by step action plan and project planner to provide a record and audit trail.
– Set against a clearly defined agenda, a single face to face consultation meeting to run through the
action plan, answer any questions and discuss any specific additional requirements.
– Suitable product suggestions will be made at close.

AUTO ENROLMENT MADE EASY ENHANCED :

Designed for employers who, like Auto Enrolment Made Easy Plus, prefer to work face to face, but have limited internal resources and/or need a more hands on approach because needs are potentially complex. Providing three separate sessions, AE Made Easy Enhanced allows more time to plan, absorb the requirements and engage with other key parties such as accountants, solicitors, pay-roll and pension providers.

– Suitable for semi-complex needs.
– Face to face. Meetings arranged with local employers on site, at Apogee’s or accountant’s premises.
– Up to 3 separate 1 ¼ hour sessions as required up to staging date.
– Additional 2 hours of remote support (telephone/email) available up to staging date.
– Pre-meeting questionnaire. Employee data must be submitted in advance in the required format.
– Personal step by step action plan and project planner to provide a record and audit trail.
– Suitable product suggestions will be made at close.

AUTO ENROLMENT BESPOKE :

Designed for employers who need a more comprehensive and individual service that takes them from start to finish and/ or who have more complex needs.

– Face to face with multiple meetings.
– Audit & Impact Assessment Report where data is provided in the required format and in a timely fashion.
– Ongoing remote support over the duration to staging.
– Bespoke action plan, project planner, timeline, scheme design and implementation guidance.
– Work with the employer’s payroll provider / Accountant to ensure a smooth transition post staging date.
– Ongoing services available to both the employer and the employees with a bespoke services agreement.
